Rock Chip Repair
Rock Chip Repair...it is very important that you fix it right away! If the chip is small, we may be able to repair the break without replacing the entire windshield.
JOLLIFF doesn't advise repairing rock chips in the driver's critical line of vision. (You'll find that most insurance companies agree!) Generally, a rock chip with the circumference of a quarter or less can be repaired. However, this doesn't mean it disappears entirely. The appearance of the windshield is somewhat improved, but some blemish will remain.
This process will not give you a new windshield, but may provide satisfactory relief.

If you aren't satisfied with the results and wish to replace the windshield, we will deduct the rock chip repair cost from the windshield replacement cost.
Please be aware that a small rate of failure occurs while the technician is performing the rock chip repair. Some rock chips may crack further during the process. JOLLIFF isn't held responsible if this should occur, because of the delicacy of windshield crack damage.

Some insurance companies will waive your comprehensive deductible for rock chip repairs. If you should decide to replace the windshield, the deductible would apply at that time.
