Jolliff Glass was founded in 1979. Carl Jolliff had 10 years of experience in the glass industry and wanted to branch out to better serve the glass needs of the residents of Central Illinois. Since its inception, and still today, the goal of Jolliff Glass is to be thoroughly committed to quality work.
Jolliff Glass only uses the best equipment & materials to ensure the highest quality of replacement auto glass installations and windshield repairs. Jolliff doesn’t cut corners to increase profits and customer safety remains a top priority.
Setting the Standards
Jolliff Glass was instrumental in the foundation of the Automotive Glass Safety Council (AGSC), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to safe replacement of auto glass. AGSC sets the industry standards for proper and safe auto glass installation.
The Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standard™ (AGRSS) was created by the Auto Glass Safety Council pursuant to the procedures of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). AGSC serves as the Secretariat for the Standard.
The Standard represents the auto glass replacement industry’s current best practices as determined by a broad-based, balanced committee of auto glass replacement practitioners, trainers, suppliers and other interested parties. It embodies the expertise of the AGSC AGRSS Standards Committee members with hundreds of years of combined experience performing thousands of actual auto glass replacements.

Meet the Owners
John Taylor was born and raised in the Peoria area. In 1995, he graduated from IVC High School. In 1996, John enlisted in the United States Navy. After serving, John attended Illinois State University where he graduated with a degree in construction management. John spent the first eleven years of his career working as a project manager for commercial construction projects in Central Illinois. After leaving the construction industry, John co-founded two startup companies in the agriculture industry where he held positions as Chief Operations Officer.
Kristin Taylor also attended Illinois State University and met John while living in the same apartment building. Kristin graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. Kristin’s teaching career was cut short after she decided to move back to the Peoria area and start a family. She worked 2 years in the mortgage industry before becoming a dedicated full-time mother.
John and Kristin are very entrepreneurial as they own multiple small businesses together. In 2022, John and his wife Kristin purchased Jolliff Glass from the Jolliff family.

Our technicians are knowledgeable and skilled. Each one is Auto Glass Safety Council Certified and DOW certified. We have more than 50 years of combined experience in the auto glass industry.
