When your automotive window has been damaged by flying debris, the eventual result could be a crack across the windshield which restricts your line of vision when driving. Many states will actually ticket drivers with crack damage that restricts or blocks the driver’s vision. Windshield replacement for your car windshield or truck windshield is best provided by an Auto Glass Safety Council certified installer.

Jolliff Glass has trained, certified auto glass technicians who will travel to your home, business, or place of work with our mobile auto glass replacement vehicles, or you may wish to schedule an in-shop appointment at our facility. During wet, rainy, or cold weather conditions, it is necessary to perform installations indoors. We offer pre-scheduled hourly appointments throughout each day, and have a comfortable waiting room available.

Your Right to Choose

You have the right to choose which auto glass shop replaces your glass.

Most insurance companies use a third party glass claims administrator to handle auto glass claims. They may try to sway you to use one of their “preferred shops” (a practice known as “job steering”) rather than encouraging you to choose the shop of your choice. Job steering is illegal.

If you experience a phone representative trying to steer you to a particular glass shop, JUST SAY NO! Under state law you have the right to use the auto glass repair facility of your choice. Don’t be tricked into allowing just any glass shop to handle your windshield replacement needs.

You have the right to choose Jolliff Glass. We are a qualified shop and are authorized and equipped to process your auto glass replacement or windshield repair claim and to direct bill your insurance company for you. Also, Jolliff has already agreed to your insurance company’s pricing and guarantees that you will never have to pay out of pocket for your repair or replacement if you have full glass coverage. Our limited lifetime warranty covers all insurance jobs.

How do I know if I need a repair or a replacement?

If the windshield damage is more severe than a chip (the size of a quarter or smaller) or in the driver’s direct line of vision, you are more than likely in need of a replacement.

Does a chip repair completely erase the point of impact?

You will probably still see a small blemish where your glass is repaired, however, the repair will prevent the chip from propagating.

How soon can I drive my car after a windshield replacement?

Jolliff Glass uses the best urethane on the market to attach your new windshield. We pay this premium because of the enhanced quality and safety it offers, and because you are able to drive your car just 30 minutes after the windshield is set.

Do you have a mobile service?

Yes. We offer mobile service at no additional charge. If you would prefer to bring your vehicle to us, we provide pre-scheduled hourly appointments throughout each day, and you can wait in our comfortable waiting room.

How do I know if I can use Jolliff Glass with my insurance company?

As the insured, it is your decision what auto glass company you choose. Give us a call and make sure to tell your agent or claims administrator that you want to use Jolliff Glass.
